 Stephen P Woods, MD was born in Waco, Texas. He grew up in Southern California. Undergraduate studies resulted in a Bachelor of Science degree at nearby Harvey Mudd College. He attended medical school at the University of California, San Diego. Residency in Internal Medicine followed at the University of Virginia. He returned to the west coast for Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California. Dr. Woods, his wife and three children, have lived in Bellingham since 1990. He enjoys snow skiing, hiking, and basketball. |
