Welcome to Northwest Gastroenterology.  We aim to provide you with excellent care of your gastrointestinal problems.

To better serve you, we see outpatients at two principal locations:

• Our office is located at 2979 Squalicum parkway, 3rd floor, Suite 301.
• Many of our procedures are performed at Northwest Endoscopy Center, located at 2930 Squalicum Parkway, 2nd floor, Suite 202.
• Our telephone number is 360-734-1420.

The Northwest Gastroenterology main office is open Monday through Friday by appointment only.  A referral from you primary care physician may be required when calling to schedule an appointment.  Please contact your primary care physician to arrange for your referral. 

We have 8 Gastroenterologists and 2 Physician Assistants.  All our physicians are Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.

Please complete the Patient Registration and the History forms prior to your office consultation.

Please be considerate to fellow patients and when necessary, cancel your office appointment at least 24 hours in advance.  Procedures should be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.  Last minute cancellations/reschedulings or no-shows may be subject to a fee or removal from the practice.
